About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume direct labor (DL) and indirect labor (IDL) positions
  • Partner with manufacturing leaders and HR teams to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Create, maintain, audit, and close requisitions while ensuring accuracy within Workday
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for manufacturing and operational roles
  • Coordinate interviews, hiring events, onboarding activities, and candidate communications
  • Support hiring managers with interview scheduling, offer preparation, and recruiting process guidance
  • Review recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve candidate flow, process efficiency, and data accuracy
  • Attend onsite hiring events, community job fairs, hiring blitzes, and recruiting events
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruiting procedures
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Maintain recruiting records, reporting, and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Qualified candidates must reside in the Phoenix or Prescott Valley, AZ area
  • 2+ years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience required
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments strongly preferred
  • Manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience preferred
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
  • Strong understanding of high-volume recruiting processes and manufacturing hiring environments
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations
  • Customer-service mindset with the ability to deliver a positive candidate experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with Workday and Phenom preferred
  • Comfortable working within a manufacturing environment and engaging candidates onsite
  • Ability to travel locally to support manufacturing facilities, hiring events, and community outreach activities as needed (approximately 10%)
  • Candidates must provide truthful and complete information regarding their eligibility to work in the U.S.; the Company does not offer employer sponsorship
