About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and drive the roadmap for Mixpanel's enterprise management surface, including identity and access management, SSO, authentication, audit logging, admin controls, and account/org settings
  • Translate enterprise security reviews, compliance obligations, and customer requirements into a prioritized roadmap
  • Own the consistency and reliability of shared platform foundations, including the design system, components, public APIs, and shared product patterns
  • Partner with engineering leads on architecture-level tradeoffs involving reliability, performance, and platform ownership
  • Build business cases for platform investments and communicate indirect ROI to leadership
  • Engage enterprise customers and Sales and Customer Success teams to identify platform gaps and inform roadmap decisions
  • Define and maintain measurement standards for platform health, reliability, security posture, and enterprise onboarding
  • Shape the platform's evolving remit, including adjacent areas such as plan management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of PM experience owning meaningful, technically complex problems end-to-end
  • Direct experience with identity, access management, enterprise administration, or security-adjacent product work
  • Understanding of how platform-layer decisions affect products, user journeys, and engineering teams
  • Track record of alignment and delivery across engineering, security, and GTM functions
  • Experience building business cases for security, compliance, or infrastructure investments with long or indirect ROI
  • Technical fluency with engineers on identity, authentication, and security infrastructure tradeoffs
  • Clear, direct written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC), passkeys/WebAuthn, or RBAC design patterns
  • Experience navigating SOC 2, GDPR, or enterprise security review processes as a PM
  • Experience at a company navigating single-product to multiproduct platform complexity
