About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design materials for regional events, including booths, signage, swag, presentations, and digital assets, and local/field marketing campaigns across EMEA markets
- Adapt global campaigns and brand moments for regional context, including language, market nuance, and local partners
- Partner with EMEA Field Marketing to understand market needs and deliver work with quality and speed
- Create and maintain templates, kits, and reusable components for regional marketing partners
- Build lightweight tools, including Figma systems and AI-assisted workflows, to reduce production time without reducing quality
- Identify duplicated regional effort and turn it into scalable systems
- Ensure EMEA deliverables reflect Mixpanel's brand standards and visual identity
- Flag brand drift or quality gaps and coach local partners on effective use of brand assets
- Collaborate with the core Brand Design team in North America on brand direction, priorities, and quality
- Bring EMEA market context and feedback to the core team
- Escalate local needs appropriately between quick adaptations and core team input
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in production or graphic design, in-house or agency
- Strong fundamentals — typography, layout, composition — and a sharp eye for consistency and detail
- Proficiency in Figma; comfort working across Google Workspace and presentation tools
- Portfolio showing range across event materials, campaign assets, templates, and presentations
- Self-driven and highly organized; you take initiative and see things through
- Flexible — comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-changing regional marketing calendar
- Based in London, with the ability to work across NA and EMEA hours as needed
