About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a bridge between business and development for the Customer Solutions team
Understand both the technical and business sides of integrations
Support client and supplier integrations within the travel industry
Test endpoints and review logs using tools such as Postman
Write requirements and functional specifications serving business and development teams
Run several projects in parallel
Communicate proactively with internal teams and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of experience in client and supplier integrations within the travel industry
Familiarity with business and distribution models such as OTA, bedbank, and TMC
Proven experience in client-facing roles
Proven sales experience is an advantage
Ability to read and understand technical documentation, including API specs, JSON/XML
Comfort using tools like Postman to test endpoints or review logs
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
Ability to write requirements and functional specifications for business and development teams
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Ability to run several projects in parallel while staying organized
Excellent communication with internal teams and clients
Professional-level fluency in English and Chinese
