About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a bridge between business and development for the Customer Solutions team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client and supplier integrations within the travel industry
  • Familiarity with business and distribution models including OTA, bedbank, and TMC
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles
  • Proven sales experience is an advantage
  • Ability to read and understand API specifications, JSON/XML, and review logs
  • Comfort using Postman to test endpoints
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, or similar
  • Ability to write requirements and functional specifications for business and development teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to run several projects in parallel while staying organized
  • Excellent communication with internal teams and clients
  • Professional-level fluency in English and Chinese
