About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a bridge between business and development for the Customer Solutions team
  • Understand both the technical and business sides of integrations
  • Support client and supplier integrations within the travel industry
  • Write requirements and functional specifications for business and development teams
  • Test API endpoints and review logs using tools such as Postman
  • Run several projects in parallel and coordinate with internal teams and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client and supplier integrations within the travel industry
  • Familiarity with different business and distribution models in the sector (OTA, bedbank, TMC, etc.)
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles
  • Proven sales experience is an advantage
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation: API specs, JSON/XML
  • Comfort using tools like Postman to test endpoints or review logs
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
  • Ability to write requirements and functional specifications serving both business and development teams
  • Strong analytical skills, able to identify and resolve problems; process-oriented but pragmatic
  • Able to run several projects in parallel while staying organized and on top of everything
  • Excellent communication with internal teams and clients; proactive, willing to speak up when something doesn't add up
  • Professional-level fluency in English and Chinese
