About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead workshops and interviews to uncover business needs and translate them into technical project roadmaps
- Bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams for technical and non-technical audiences
- Identify account expansion opportunities and propose innovative AI use cases to senior client leadership
- Manage the complete project lifecycle from sprint planning and backlog prioritization through testing and final delivery
- Oversee resource allocation, timelines, budgets, profitability, and delivery milestones
- Ensure deployed solutions meet legal, security, privacy, and responsible AI standards
- Adapt to diverse client workflows and agile tooling environments
- Foster a high-performance culture, remove delivery blockers, and support team growth
- Establish accountability and review processes for robust technical output
- Maintain project documentation and run retrospectives to implement best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Proven track record delivering AI-driven projects
- Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in English
- Working proficiency in Dutch or German strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting from the office in Ghent, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Berlin, or Munich
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, machine learning workflows, and modern cloud ecosystems
- Hands-on experience delivering Generative AI solutions is a strong advantage
- Proficiency with Agile frameworks and project tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Kanban, and PRINCE2
- Proven success managing cross-functional technical teams
- Exceptional organizational, scheduling, and risk-mitigation skills
- Curiosity, adaptability, and comfort navigating rapidly evolving AI technologies
