About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify user and client requirements using ideation and prioritization techniques
- Identify AI market trends for specific industries
- Translate client requirements into tangible goals for technical teams
- Define product personas, capabilities, flows, and requirements
- Create task backlogs, agile working models, plans, product roadmaps, and strategies
- Follow up on deliverables, resources, timing, and budget prioritization
- Create project documentation and user stories
- Design and organize user testing to support adoption of transformative solutions
- Pitch solutions and present results to technical and non-technical audiences
- Monitor client satisfaction and collaborate with business development to identify opportunities to scale clients
- Enable teamwork, engagement, and conflict resolution within project teams
- Take AI systems from concept to production at scale
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience as an IT product owner or in product management/ownership
- Proven success managing data-centric or AI products or solutions through their full lifecycle
- Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical track record
- Hands-on experience with modern software development lifecycles
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices
- Experience with standard product management toolstacks
- Ability to draft, defend, and execute complex product roadmaps while balancing competing client demands
- Fluency in English
- Working proficiency in Dutch or German is strongly preferred
- Proven success managing cross-functional technical teams
- Strong ownership mentality
