About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate closely with the Lead Designer to define, design, and deliver end-to-end product features and UX/UI solutions
- Participate actively in product discovery, helping decide what to build through critical thinking, research, and collaborative feedback
- Design intuitive dashboards, analytics interfaces, and data visualization tools that simplify complex information for end users
- Utilize and contribute to the evolution of the organization’s established design system to ensure consistency across products
- Clearly communicate and justify design concepts, user flows, and interface choices to cross-functional partners and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2+ years of professional product design experience, with a proven track record of shipping designs in live products
- Comprehensive portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking, problem-solving methodologies, user workflows, and polished visual designs
- Strong experience with—or a demonstrated interest in—dashboards, analytics, and reporting interfaces
- Proven hands-on experience working with and maintaining design systems
- Prior background as a founding, first, or sole designer in a team environment (preferred)
- Practical expertise in data visualization (preferred)
- Experience within the consumer goods, retail, food and beverage, or beauty sectors (preferred)
