About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the European gaming and consumer marketing strategy and annual plan across AOC, AGON, Philips Monitors and Evnia
  • Develop and challenge country plans against local sales goals, business priorities and market opportunities
  • Track competitors, gaming trends, consumer behaviour and market developments
  • Shape product positioning with Product Marketing
  • Drive brand consistency and quality across consumer-facing activity
  • Own the quality, relevance and visibility of consumer-facing website content
  • Direct social-channel content with Communications & Advertising
  • Lead gaming and consumer product launches across European markets
  • Own gaming and consumer partnerships and evaluate their impact and activation
  • Lead presence at relevant consumer events and tradeshows
  • Improve product visibility, conversion and sell-through across retail and e-tail partners
  • Lead, prioritise and develop the Consumer Marketing team
  • Own performance KPIs and the marketing budget
  • Set B2C strategic direction with Communications & Advertising
  • Report performance and review results with the Director and European markets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong professional experience in gaming marketing
  • Genuine understanding of the gaming audience, ecosystem and category
  • Substantial consumer marketing experience, ideally within consumer electronics, gaming or another fast-moving technology category
  • Track record of owning brand and product marketing across multiple European markets
  • Experience leading and developing a small team
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing activity translates into sell-through
  • Confidence owning budgets, KPIs and performance reporting for senior stakeholders
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness to travel within Europe for events and market visits
