Key responsibilities & impact

  • Advance MCA’s position as a trusted communications technology partner throughout the territory
  • Travel regularly within the assigned territory to meet clients, attend events, and build or maintain customer relationships
  • Work independently to manage scheduling and face-to-face customer engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience within markets like manufacturing, construction, hospitality, utilities, education, or healthcare
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of Two-Way Radio, Land Mobile Radio, or critical communications is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals while building and growing customer relationships
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, service-first mindset
  • Ability to build credibility with stakeholders and understand operational challenges to recommend effective solutions
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex technology product features, benefits, and value to customers
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • High-energy, result-driven approach with attention to detail and accountability
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check
  • Must reside in or be local to the Bowling Green, Kentucky area
  • Comfortable managing a schedule and traveling independently within the assigned territory
