Key responsibilities & impact
  • Improve the developer and agent experience of the SDK and CLI
  • Develop new primitives to meet demand for entirely new areas arising from industry transformation
  • Work directly with users to help solve their problems
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to production incidents

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience developing high-quality Python, JS or Go applications or libraries used or interacted with by other developers
  • Strong code-as-product sense focused on developer ergonomics and productivity
  • Knowledge of async programming and concurrency management/pitfalls
  • High level of customer empathy, good communication skills, and openness to working directly with users
  • Ability to participate in on-call rotation and respond to production incidents
  • Ability to work in-person in the New York or Stockholm office
  • Having built developer tools or SDKs is a plus
  • Experience maintaining open-source software is a plus
  • Good understanding of agentic development workflows is a plus
  • Familiarity with modern data / ML / AI tools and workflows is a plus
