Key responsibilities & impact

Analyzes and interprets large sets of business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develops and maintains complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations for various business units
Collaborates with business leaders to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations
Designs and implements data models to support business strategies and optimize processes
Supports the development and implementation of data governance policies and standards
Utilizes advanced analytical techniques, including regression analysis and predictive modeling, to address business challenges
Ensures data integrity and accuracy through quality checks and data validation
Presents complex data insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Monitors industry trends and best practices to enhance data analysis techniques
Mentors junior data analysts on complex analytical tasks
May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned
May require occasional business travel
Uses approved AI-assisted tools for coding/scripting, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documentation, technical research, and related work; reviews and validates AI-generated outputs and supports AI technology adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field required
Seven (7) plus years of experience
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Expertise in data analysis techniques, including statistical analysis, regression, and predictive modeling
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
Ability to communicate complex data findings effectively to a variety of audiences
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work through complex business challenges
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Experience in data mining, data cleaning, and data transformation
Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
