About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop modern, high-performance, intuitive user interfaces for the web application, mobile app, and Chrome extension
- Design seamless, consistent experiences centered around user needs
- Turn designs and specifications into robust, maintainable features
- Pay close attention to usability, accessibility, and visual consistency
- Refine interactions and micro-interactions and ensure high-quality execution across user journeys
- Optimize applications to ensure fast load times and excellent responsiveness across all devices and browsers
- Contribute to the stability and availability of applications in production
- Ensure the security, integrity, and reliability of systems
- Maintain code quality through testing, monitoring, and clear documentation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the technical stack and development practices
- Participate in architectural decisions and challenge product specifications
- Collaborate with Backend Developers to ensure seamless API integration
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to build high-impact features for users
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 5 years of experience in web development
- Excellent command of TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, React Native, or equivalent)
- Experience developing responsive interfaces, mobile applications, and/or Chrome extensions
- Strong understanding of design system principles, state management, frontend architecture, and web performance best practices
- Proficiency with frontend testing, observability, and monitoring tools
- Ability to deliver robust, tested, and well-documented solutions
- Ability to articulate technical choices, challenge specifications, and document decisions
- Ownership and autonomy: take responsibility for projects from start to finish and raise blockers early with proposed solutions
- Thoroughness and strong attention to detail
- Contribute to the team's growth and share knowledge and learnings
