About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and develop the BDR team
  • Establish a clear framework, transparent goals, and effective management routines
  • Lead 1:1s, call reviews, and individual development plans
  • Track activity, conversion, qualified opportunity, and generated pipeline metrics
  • Identify performance gaps, understand their causes, and implement concrete action plans
  • Occasionally participate in cold calls, test messaging, and demonstrate the expected level of execution
  • Turn observations from calls and sequences into clear, precise, and actionable feedback
  • Build and continuously improve BDR playbooks covering cold calling, sequences, and qualification
  • Collaborate with Operations, AEs, and Marketing to improve targeting, lead quality, and the repeatability of the outbound motion
  • Contribute to BDR recruiting, onboarding, and skills development
  • Foster team engagement through prospecting and enrichment sessions, coaching, and team activities
  • Collaborate with AEs, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to improve lead quality, market feedback, and the effectiveness of the outbound strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Direct experience coaching or managing a BDR/SDR team in a B2B SaaS environment, working with Mid-Market or Enterprise sales cycles
  • Hands-on outbound experience and the ability to explain your methods, trade-offs, and metrics
  • Ability to diagnose the root cause of performance issues and build tailored coaching plans
  • Comfortable managing by data and connecting activity, conversion, and pipeline metrics
  • Ability to turn goals into priorities, routines, and concrete actions
  • Organized, reliable, and attentive to execution follow-through
  • Fluent in French and English
