About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Embody Modjo’s vision and evolve the product into an agentic system dedicated to the Sales persona
  • Work closely with Engineering leaders across Frontend, Backend, and ML
  • Conduct structured customer discovery to identify pain points
  • Analyze feedback from the AE and CS teams, monitor market and competitive trends, and identify opportunities for differentiation
  • Establish and prioritize the roadmap for the functional scope
  • Define and track success KPIs
  • Write functional specifications and user stories for the Engineering team
  • Collaborate with the Product Designer, challenge specifications with the Engineering team, and validate features before release
  • Define the rollout plan and ensure enablement for the Sales and CS teams
  • Produce product collateral and contribute to the go-to-market strategy for each release
  • Analyze post-launch performance, optimize KPIs, and maintain a continuous feedback loop

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven Product Management experience with a B2B SaaS product
  • Solid understanding of agentic systems (AI, LLMs, tool execution)—no coding required, but you should understand what is feasible and at what cost
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities with commercial impact
  • Ability to conduct structured discovery and turn customer feedback into actionable roadmap opportunities
  • Data-driven approach: defining and tracking KPIs and making data-informed decisions
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Experience launching an AI-first product in production (a plus)
  • Knowledge of the B2B Revenue/Sales ecosystem (a plus)
  • Curiosity about developments in AI
  • End-to-end ownership of features
  • Direct communication and an outstanding customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to say no thoughtfully and manage stakeholder expectations
