About the role

  • Identify and escalate sensitive concerns, customer complaints, and potential crises
  • Track trends, frequently asked questions, and common complaints to improve user experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be located in Argentina
  • Skilled moderator passionate about protecting online communities
  • Must have a dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11 or above
  • Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBPS or greater
  • 8 GB RAM or better
  • Must be willing to download and install ModSquad security systems on your computer and mobile phone
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check and verify your identity
  • Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week
  • Availability for a 24/7 schedule
