About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Moderate social media engagement
- Help market specific locations as attractive holiday destinations through a world-class marketing program and multiple platforms

Requirements
What you’ll need- Social Media Engagement background
- Passion for travel
- English language proficiency
- Excellent writing skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation) in English and French
- Travel experience
- Geographical knowledge of Ireland and places of interest on the island is a bonus
- Ability to communicate tone creatively on social media
- Empathetic approach to handling sensitive situations with care
- Experience with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram
- Experience with proactive engagement across social media channels
- Experience with social media tools such as Conversational is a bonus
- Professional community and forum experience
- Ability to research and source relevant answers to questions in a timely manner
- Flexible availability and willingness to pick up extra shifts at short notice is a plus
- Experience exploring the island of Ireland is a plus
- Dedicated laptop or desktop
- Minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Reliable internet connection
- Willingness to install ModSquad security software
- Willingness to enable two-factor authentication on both your device and mobile phone
- Primarily seeking individuals located in the US or Europe
- Weekend coverage required
