About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end change management
Map stakeholders and understand their different interests and needs
Plan and deliver communications throughout the implementation process
Drive enablement and training initiatives
Monitor and accelerate platform adoption
Identify obstacles that may hinder solution adoption
Serve as the central point of contact for issue resolution and drive each situation through to effective resolution
Act as the communication bridge between SAP teams and executive sponsors
Translate needs, information, and challenges across different audiences
Partner with client program leadership
Work with major global systems integrators and the companies they serve
Build the business case for implementation
Demonstrate the value generated by the solution and communicate outcomes and benefits to stakeholders and decision-makers
Structure and improve the implementation process
Create templates, initial integration workflows, and feedback loops
Identify implementation lessons learned and share insights with the Product team
Contribute to defining the platform roadmap
Perform other activities related to the function

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in Change Management, Consulting, or Project Delivery roles involving direct client engagement
Experience working on programs involving multiple stakeholders and countries
Strong change management expertise
Ability to understand different organizational contexts and guide people through transformation processes
Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences
Experience working autonomously and taking initiative across different projects or companies
Highly solution-oriented, with the ability to identify problems and drive them through to resolution
Consulting experience
Familiarity with business strategy, structured problem-solving, and client management
Experience in startups, preferably at an early stage
Ability to build processes and structures while operations are still being developed
Experience delivering projects directly with clients
Experience presenting to senior audiences and executive leadership
Practical knowledge of SAP implementations, including S/4HANA programs (a plus)
Functional or technical knowledge of SAP (a plus)
Experience at a Big Four firm or systems integrator (a plus)
Experience implementing early-stage software products (a plus)
Experience as a founder or entrepreneur (a plus)
Advanced or fluent spoken English
