Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate Design Workshops during solution design or the agile development of solutions.
Engage the technical team when detailed information about platform modules or features is needed.
Document and keep backlog stories up to date, ensuring clarity of requirements, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
Test solutions implemented by the team, ensuring compliance with specified and approved requirements.
Design automated tests on the platform, including unit and regression testing.
Participate in team ceremonies, including effort estimation.
Perform the team’s assigned tasks under your responsibility.
Escalate impediments to the Agile Master or the client team responsible for the service.
Perform other routine activities related to the area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduação em curso de nível superior na área de Tecnologia da Informação; ou conclusão de qualquer curso de nível superior acompanhada de certificado de pós-graduação na área de Tecnologia da Informação, de no mínimo 360 horas.
Experiência comprovada como Desenvolvedor, Analista de Sistemas ou cargo correlato, atuando especificamente na plataforma ServiceNow.
Conclusão dos treinamentos ServiceNow Fundamentals; Automated Test Framework (ATF): Introduction; Automated Test Framework (ATF): Run Tests and Test Suites; Automated Test Framework (ATF): Create and Schedule Tests and Test Suites; Automated Test Framework (ATF): Additional Tips, Techniques, and Resources.
