About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work as an SAP Consultant on the HR Transformation team
- Configure the SAP Payroll Control Center and Mashups
- Configure payroll calculation processes in SAP, including terminations, vacation, 13th-month salary, unions, profit sharing (PLR), and benefits
- Build rules and schemas (PCRs)
- Prepare functional specifications
- Prepare test data and test scenarios
- Perform unit and integration testing
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Support parallel testing
- Validate ABAP developments
- Perform data migration and data loads
- Carry out other activities related to the area
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with SAP ECP projects, including participation in Payroll Control Center implementations or rollouts
- Knowledge of payroll processes, including terminations, vacation, 13th-month salary, unions, profit sharing (PLR), and benefits
- Experience preparing functional specifications for custom solutions
- Experience validating ABAP developments
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, preferably SAP Activate
- Knowledge of project management practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification is desirable
- Advanced spoken English is desirable
