Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the implementation and configuration of a specific module, prioritizing the modules’ standard architecture
Collaborate with agile development, support, or product design teams
Ensure the vendor’s best practices are applied in the development and deployment of the specialized module
Reduce unnecessary customizations and increase solution efficiency
Ensure that delivered solutions include functional automated tests
Monitor the evolution roadmap for specialized modules
Develop adoption plans for new functionalities
Validate functionalities and solutions during platform version upgrades
Assess requirements that call for customization and propose solutions with minimal customization
Explain why customizations are not recommended when impacts are identified
Perform other responsibilities related to the area

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or have completed any higher education degree together with a postgraduate certificate in Information Technology of at least 360 hours
Experience as a Developer, Systems Analyst, or in a related role, specifically working with the ServiceNow platform
CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification issued by the platform vendor
CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification issued by the platform vendor
One or more of the following certifications: CIS Discovery, CIS Event Management, or CIS Service Mapping
Specialized knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its modules
Availability to work in a hybrid model, with occasional visits to the nearest Deloitte office
