Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and good use of typography
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro)
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
  • Ability to work independently, problem solve, communicate effectively, manage time efficiently, and complete jobs from concept to final
  • Ability to maintain composure and manage workload effectively, even when unexpected rush projects arise
  • Flexibility to switch gears quickly and adapt to shifting priorities or tight turnaround times
  • Degree in Graphic Design or comparable field
  • Recent graduate or designer with limited professional experience
  • Social media experience, light video editing, copywriting, and PowerPoint are a plus but not required
