About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage all stages of UGC partnerships, including identifying creators, outreach, and relationship management
- Provide constructive feedback to partners to ensure content quality and brand alignment
- Negotiate rates, usage rights, and licensing agreements with UGC creators
- Use video editing tools to enhance UGC quality and branding
- Maintain and organize content in CMS tools and properly archive assets
- Stay updated on UGC trends, platform-specific guidelines, and emerging tools
- Work closely with paid social to optimize UGC for Meta and TikTok ads
- Analyze performance metrics, refine content, and test variations to maximize campaign results
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in content production, social media, or UGC-related roles
- Deep understanding of UGC trends
- Enthusiasm for working with diverse creator communities
- Strong project management abilities and ability to juggle multiple collaborations and deadlines
- Familiarity with performance tracking tools
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Premiere, Canva, and Figma
- Proficiency in CMS platforms such as Aspire and Air
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, resourceful approach
- Ability to collaborate synchronously mostly from 9 AM–2 PM PT
