About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and execute finance planning and performance management processes and related financial decisions
- Support Strategic Plan and Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting and analysis, financial modeling, and decision support
- Own data collection and verify data integrity
- Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment and compliance with company policies
- Prepare critical financial data and insights to support business strategies and decisions
- Lead projects to improve efficiency and ways of working
- Contribute to a high-performing Finance team and support Finance talent development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in financial planning and performance management, including data collection and structuring, analysis, planning, and reporting of company financial performance
- Experience with financial KPIs, investment decisions, and cost management to achieve financial targets
- Understanding of the consumer packaged goods industry and local snacking market dynamics
- Relevant experience in a regional/local business
- Experience with business partnering and communication skills across a large regional or local public company
- Ability to identify and execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Integrity and sound judgment aligned with company values, policies, and external regulations
