About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute warehouse operations in accordance with service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements, and compliance standards
Collaborate with internal and external business partners, including third-party logistics providers
Manage inventory, iDocs, inventory reconciliation, interfaces, tracking, claims, and invoices
Ensure HSE, quality, and risk management compliance; support proposals and monitor third-party performance
Review and analyze inventory discrepancies, ensuring alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system
Analyze capacity utilization, performance, and KPIs, implementing corrective actions when necessary
Work with service providers to ensure on-time and complete deliveries while complying with quality and HACCP guidelines
Monitor inbound, outbound, packing, storage, and distribution activities, including shelf-life control
Support the reduction of write-offs and pursue continuous productivity improvements
Perform project tasks, continuous improvement initiatives, and peak management activities
Develop total cost, annual budget, risk, and opportunity analyses
Manage logistics operations at the Cabo de Santo Agostinho Distribution Center in Pernambuco, Brazil
Manage inbound and outbound flows between the distribution center and the plant, ensuring continuous flow
Guide the Logistics Operator regarding compliance with Mondelēz rules and standards
Manage inventory and tax control for movements, carrying out stock adjustments
Ensure transportation loading, scheduling, management, and traceability
Control operational quality and safety
Manage KPIs, data, materials, staff, and productivity to support decision-making
Continuously pursue process improvements within the area

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed
Experience with Microsoft applications, especially Excel
Experience with inbound, outbound, and inventory operations
Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Power BI is a plus
Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP R/3
Experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations is a plus
Analytical thinking
Availability to work in a hybrid model during business hours at the Cabo de Santo Agostinho Distribution Center in Pernambuco, Brazil
