About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication and relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in stores and work with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
- Construct promotional displays
- Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
- Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Order shelf and display products via iPad tablet
- Implement merchandising guidelines to keep Nabisco brands represented, stocked, and maintained
- Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed
- Communicate issues to Mondelēz’ management team
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Eau Claire, WI
- Schedule availability required: Sunday–Thursday
- Start time: 6:00 am–7:00 am
