About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication and relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change displays
Represent Mondelēz in stores and work closely with sales representatives
Optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves
Construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order products via iPad tablet for shelves and displays
Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed
Communicate issues to the Mondelēz management team
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude in stores

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid REAL ID driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides, U.S. passport, or federal ID
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles of the primary location: Fairfax, VA
Schedule availability: four days a week and one weekend day
Ability to access a military base facility under federal identification requirements
