About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores
Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines
Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues with Mondelēz’ management team
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude in stores

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to meet defined physical activities including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Jasper, IN
Schedule availability required: Mon, Wed, Fri & Sat
25 - 30 hrs/week
