About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence
- Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers
- Execute scheduled store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
- Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards
- Implement promotional displays and comply with RTM-negotiated plans
- Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce
- Lift, bend, carry, push, and pull products while moving inventory from stockrooms to store floors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Austin, TX
- Availability four days per week including weekends
- Start by 05:00 AM
- Availability for 20–24 hours per week
