About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent Mondelēz in stores as the face of its iconic snack brands
Serve store teams and shoppers with outstanding customer service
Execute daily store visits according to DSD Merchandising Excellence standards
Capture display photos via DMI
Build relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
Order products via iPad using Salesforce to maintain shelf and display inventory
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with store plans
Follow schedules and priorities set by the RTM
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
Lift, bend, move, and stock products while maintaining safety and compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location, Cleveland, TX
Open schedule availability
Start time of 06:00 AM
Availability for 30 hours per week
