About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure projects are successfully completed on time and on budget
- Drive consistency and quality in project execution using appropriate methodologies and tools
- Identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate project-level risks
- Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports, and monthly review meetings
- Lead stakeholder meetings
- Lead budget management, resource planning, and utilization
- Confirm project completion, consistency, and readiness to go live
- Own relationships with external vendors and ensure quality assurance throughout project delivery
- Own the end-to-end CLM product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Define product KPIs and success metrics and report progress to senior stakeholders
- Translate business needs into a prioritized Contract Product delivery plan
- Drive CLM deployment across Legal, Procurement, R&D, Sales, and other business functions
- Oversee platform support, issue resolution, enhancement requests, and release management
- Lead contract compliance management and prevent contract value leakage
- Manage and develop a team focused on achieving zero contract value leakage through the Statement Review Process
- Develop a strategy for deploying Amazon Quick Agents for CLM
- Gather requirements, prioritize features, and manage stakeholder expectations
- Facilitate steering committees and Product Councils
- Manage the CLM vendor relationship and evaluate modules, AI features, integrations, and licensing
- Represent Mondelēz International in vendor roadmap sessions and user community forums
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in project management methodology
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive effective discussions from tactical execution level to steering committee members
- Excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines
- Strong focus on cost, schedule, and quality of project delivery
- Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions
- Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making
- Proven ability to build effective teams across internal and external partners
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Deep understanding of the full contract lifecycle: authoring, negotiation, approval workflows, execution, obligation management, and renewal
- Familiarity with procurement and sourcing processes related to contract creation and management
- Hands-on experience with CLM platforms, API/MCP integrations, data migration, and metadata modelling
- Understanding of eSignature tools and requirements across geographies
- Ability to engage credibly with IT architects and developers
- Experience with Coupa, Hicx, Sievo, Pega, or ServiceNow
- Exposure to clause extraction, obligation tracking, risk scoring, and GenAI-assisted contract authoring
- Experience in SAP and integrations is a plus
