About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, coach, and develop a team of six regionally assigned Warehouse System Solutions professionals
Set team expectations, KPIs, and accountability standards
Conduct one-on-ones, performance reviews, talent development planning, and succession planning
Drive standardization of system configurations, processes, and best practices across US regions and facilities
Align the systems roadmap with CS&L and business objectives
Translate business strategy into executable technology and process initiatives with measurable outcomes
Lead WMS implementation projects from planning through go-live and stabilization
Oversee UAT, integration, and regression testing for implementations and upgrades
Escalate implementation risks, issues, and critical decisions
Coordinate resource allocation and workload management across the regional team
Oversee day-to-day SAP S/4 and EWM system support across the US warehouse network
Lead pick line resets, inventory root cause analyses, system enhancements, and end-user training programs
Ensure timely resolution of system issues and prevent recurrence through root cause analysis
Monitor system performance metrics and address operational gaps
Serve as internal subject matter expert and consultant for initiatives impacting SAP S/4HANA and/or EWM
Partner with IT, operations, engineering, and third-party vendors to design and deliver system solutions
Provide guidance and impact assessments for warehouse process, layout, or technology changes
Build relationships with site leadership and regional operations teams
Travel frequently to US warehouse and distribution sites, including on-site support during go-lives and major system changes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience in warehouse management systems, with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM
3+ years of people leadership experience, including managing regionally distributed teams
Proven track record of leading WMS implementations end-to-end from scoping through stabilization
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes
Demonstrated ability to drive standardization and accountability across multiple sites and regions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at all organizational levels
Willingness and ability to travel 50%–100% based on business needs and active initiatives
Experience in CPG, food & beverage, or FMCG industries (preferred)
SAP EWM certification or advanced SAP training credentials (preferred)
Experience applying change management methodologies in large-scale technology rollouts (preferred)
Familiarity with ring scanners, automation systems, WCS/WES platforms (preferred)
PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
Comfortable working in corporate and warehouse/distribution center settings
Prepared to flex schedule to meet business demands
