About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent Mondelēz in stores across the territory with professionalism and execution excellence
Support Merchandisers and Order Writers with reliable field coverage
Deliver customer service to store teams while reinforcing Mondelēz standards
Complete daily store visits using Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards
Capture display photos and document execution through DMI and Salesforce
Implement promotional displays according to RTM-negotiated plans
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the District Manager or RTM
Support new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional events
Build relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership
Reinforce foundational skills and assist with onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers
Develop operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for future management advancement
Lift, bend, move, push, and pull product while following safety and vehicle policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides, US passport, or federal ID
Valid REAL ID driver's license, US passport, or federal ID required to access a military base facility
High School Diploma or GED required
1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team
Flexible schedule availability, including weekends
Ability to travel across assigned markets
Ability to perform physical activities, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, and pulling
Skilled in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles
Confident using mobile tools and applications, DMI, and Salesforce
Ability to follow Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards
Ability to document execution and capture display photos
Ability to follow safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies
