About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism, reliability, and execution excellence
Support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory
Deliver customer service to store teams while reinforcing Mondelēz standards
Complete store visits using Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards
Capture display photos and document execution through DMI and Salesforce
Implement promotional displays according to RTM-negotiated plans
Follow schedules and daily priorities set by the District Manager or RTM
Support new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional events
Build relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership
Reinforce foundational skills and assist with onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers
Develop operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for future management advancement
Lift, bend, move product, and follow safety and vehicle policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED required
1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team
Flexible Schedule availability required including weekends
Ability to travel across assigned markets
Ability to perform physical activities, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.
Skilled in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles
Confident using mobile tools and applications
Ability to follow schedules, document execution, capture display photos, and complete coverage tasks accurately
Ability to adapt to coverage needs, seasonal priorities, and unexpected store challenges
Organized and efficient in completing store visits and managing coverage assignments
Confident reinforcing foundational skills and supporting onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers
Must follow safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies
