About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and operate IT infrastructure and workplace solutions
- Administer and continuously improve Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management, and Microsoft 365 services
- Deliver high-quality end user support and ensure an excellent user experience
- Manage the full client lifecycle, from provisioning and deployment to maintenance and retirement
- Resolve complex technical issues and drive continuous service improvement
- Ensure security, compliance, and operational stability across endpoint environments
- Lead IT projects and contribute to optimizing workplace technologies and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training (HTL), apprenticeship, or equivalent IT qualification
- Experience in service-oriented IT environments and end user support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management, Microsoft 365, and Modern Workplace technologies
- Understanding of endpoint security, virtualization, networking, and server infrastructure
- Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Structured, reliable, and self-organized way of working
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Team player with a hands-on approach and a passion for continuous learning
