About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the initial point of contact for internal and external customers.
- Handle all customer requests within established timelines and professionally.
- Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails related to opening or closing tickets.
- Resolve tickets quickly and accurately, documenting all relevant details.
- Perform device exchanges and ensure users are fully operational afterward.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.
- Monitor system alerts and performance to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Meet SLAs for response and resolution times.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and follow up on user satisfaction.
- Report to Julie Avraam.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role (call center experience is an asset).
- High school diploma or post-secondary education; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a diploma.
- Fluency in English and French (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
