About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, maintain, and monitor roadmaps and backlogs for the products under your responsibility.
- Prioritize initiatives based on their impact on customers and the business, as well as technical feasibility.
- Lead discovery activities, hypothesis validation, and requirements gathering.
- Work directly with customers, financial partners, and internal teams to understand needs and opportunities.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and monitor execution alongside Technology and Product teams.
- Manage the expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
- Track product performance indicators and results.
- Propose product enhancements, customizations, and new business opportunities.
- Ensure ongoing alignment across Tech, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Growth teams.
- Accelerate the evolution and scalability of products designed for financial institutions by connecting customer and business needs and driving sustainable growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and product development practices.
- Experience with discovery techniques, hypothesis validation, and requirements definition.
- Experience building and managing roadmaps and backlogs.
- Knowledge of prioritization techniques.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, well-structured user stories.
- Experience with projects involving financial institutions, banks, or funds.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Escritural Duplicata (book-entry invoice) preferred.
- Experience with financial products involving anticipation, credit, or receivables preferred.
- Knowledge of the Brazilian financial ecosystem and payment methods.
