About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide centralized expertise, governance, and support for the organization’s programs.
  • Ensure alignment across multiple interrelated projects, promote best practices, and deliver consolidated reporting to leadership.
  • Oversee programs from initial planning and strategy through execution and post-implementation support.
  • Work with business stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners to align programs with strategic objectives and deliver expected business value.
  • Define and maintain program roadmaps, plans, and schedules.
  • Provide centralized governance through methodology, budget controls, timeline management, and quality standards.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-project dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Partner with executive sponsors and business stakeholders to align priorities and achieve strategic goals.
  • Integrate and oversee change management activities, including communications, training, adoption tracking, and benefits realization.
  • Forecast, track, and report program financial performance, including budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization.
  • Plan, allocate, and optimize resources.
  • Mentor and coach project managers, analysts, consultants, and technical experts.
  • Consolidate program status updates, KPIs, risks, and financial results into leadership reporting and executive communications.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance program delivery effectiveness, efficiency, and organizational maturity.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Development, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum five (5) years of project or program management experience, with proven success leading complex, multi-project transformation programs.
  • Minimum three (3)+ years of experience in a people leadership or coaching capacity, with demonstrated ability to develop, mentor, and motivate teams.
  • Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and frameworks, including PMI, Agile, and SAFe.
  • Demonstrated experience managing program budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
  • Experience leading business process improvement and organizational change management initiatives.
  • Proficiency with program management and financial tracking tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong systems thinking, organizational planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience managing external vendors and consulting partners.
  • This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
