About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Calculate tips, service charges and other gratuities for employees across UK hospitality venues
  • Process and analyse client-provided data to ensure accurate and timely distribution of awards
  • Work with spreadsheets and large volumes of data using Excel
  • Manage tronc-related budgets following completion of training
  • Respond to client queries and communicate professionally with businesses
  • Build working relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients
  • Use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and internal systems
  • Maintain accurate digital records in a paperless filing environment
  • Index, organise and store client documents correctly

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas and Pivot Tables
  • Strong numerical ability and confidence working with data
  • Experience in payroll, finance administration, data processing, hospitality administration or a similar process-driven role
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities
  • Customer-focused approach with confident and professional communication skills
  • Ability to follow structured processes while questioning incorrect information
  • Calm, organised and methodical approach
  • Willingness to learn specialist tronc processes and legislation
  • Payroll experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Candidates may be asked to complete an assessment covering numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning and logic
