About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead discrete workstreams or projects within complex transformation programmes
  • Shape high-quality client deliverables and interventions across at least two core proposition areas
  • Deliver organisation design work including organisational diagnostics, structure design and role definition
  • Deliver change management work including stakeholder analysis, readiness, communications and engagement, and behavioural change
  • Contribute to organisation development work including capability building, leadership development and culture transformation
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal colleagues
  • Leverage data and insight to shape evidence-based recommendations
  • Use tools, templates and methodologies to deliver programme objectives
  • Support growth of the People & Change team through mentoring and knowledge management
  • Engage in business development, including identifying commercial opportunities, contributing to bids, proposition development and client conversations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–6 years of experience in consulting
  • Track record of shaping and delivering people-focused change in complex environments, including organisation, operating model and/or technology-enabled transformation
  • Demonstrated experience delivering organisation design and change management engagements, with a strong track record in at least one and exposure to both
  • Experience with organisation diagnostics, operating model design, organisational restructuring, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, business readiness or adoption activities
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders, internally and externally
  • Exposure to different sectors and organisational contexts
  • Ability to take initiative and work effectively in evolving or ambiguous environments
  • Experience owning and leading development of core deliverables and workstreams
  • Ability to manage own work and deliver independently when needed
  • Experience understanding client challenges and identifying potential business opportunities
  • Passion for people-centred transformation and collaborative working
  • An industry-recognised qualification such as PROSCI, CIPD, coaching or psychometrics is preferred
  • Experience supporting digital, technology or enterprise transformation programmes is highly desirable
  • No visa sponsorship available; applicants requiring sponsorship now or in the future cannot be progressed
