About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the accuracy, automation, and visual presentation of GTM-facing financial dashboards and reporting
- Provide decision support to GTM leadership by translating financial data and trends into actionable insights
- Partner with the Senior Director, FP&A to improve and maintain financial models supporting the Go-to-Market organization
- Track and report on gross and net revenue retention and other core GTM/revenue metrics
- Use AI tools, including Claude, to accelerate dashboard cleanup, reporting automation, and analytical work
- Serve as a point of contact for GTM stakeholders on financial questions
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Commercial teams to ensure consistent metrics, definitions, and reporting logic
- Identify opportunities to improve the speed, accuracy, and automation of reporting processes
- Anticipated direct management of two GTM-focused analysts after a 6–9 month ramp
- Report to the Senior Director, FP&A
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience building and maintaining three-statement financial models
- Working knowledge of gross and net revenue retention and other core SaaS/subscription revenue metrics
- Background in a go-to-market-facing finance function
- Experience in professional services, banking, consulting, or a fast-paced, resource-lean startup environment valued
- Comfort providing decision support and financial advisory directly to GTM/Commercial leadership
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in financial modeling, reporting, or analysis workflows
- Strong attention to detail and focus on clean, accurate, well-presented data
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of ambiguous or evolving scope
- Proactive status updates and ability to surface progress and blockers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to take feedback, learn, and grow
- Authorized to work in the United States for any employer
- Must live in one of the listed hiring states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington
