About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, maintain, and stress-test complex three-statement and scenario-based financial models
  • Evaluate business performance, strategic initiatives, and capital allocation decisions
  • Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly reforecast processes
  • Conduct sensitivity analysis, scenario planning, and variance analysis against plan and prior periods
  • Support valuation work and financial analysis for M&A, capital structure, and business case evaluation
  • Produce board- and executive-ready reporting packs and dashboards
  • Build and automate reporting workflows using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Translate complex financial analysis into narratives and recommendations for senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain robust, auditable models and reporting tools
  • Support improvements in data quality, structure, and reporting efficiency
  • Leverage AI and emerging tools to enhance modeling, analysis, and productivity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Up to 2–3 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory / Valuation, Corporate Finance / FP&A, Insurance or Financial Services
  • Advanced financial modeling skills, including three-statement modeling, forecasting, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and valuation techniques
  • Ability to build, structure, and maintain complex models from scratch
  • Strong grasp of financial statement mechanics and operational drivers
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including formulas, sensitivity toggles, and model auditing
  • Strong PowerPoint skills for executive- and board-level presentations
  • Familiarity with data tools such as Power BI and SQL is advantageous
  • Practical experience using AI tools to enhance modeling, analysis, and reporting workflows
  • Rigorous attention to detail with a structured, logical, and skeptical approach to analysis
  • Ability to distill complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
  • Confident communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline pressure
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
