About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support new and existing patients through onboarding, treatment, follow-up and renewals
  • Provide evidence-based education on treatments, medication administration, expected effects, side-effect management and when to seek further care
  • Review clinical questionnaires and patient enquiries
  • Assess treatment suitability and contraindications and identify matters requiring practitioner review
  • Conduct remote nursing assessments, symptom triage and risk screening within Registered Nurse scope of practice
  • Manage patient queues, tasks and follow-ups according to clinical priorities and service standards
  • Support daily RN allocation and workforce planning
  • Analyse clinical activity, incidents and operational data to identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support RN reporting, dashboards and workforce forecasting
  • Share insights with the Lead RN and VP Clinical Operations
  • Improve RN questionnaire pathways by reviewing completion and conversion data
  • Review and update RN policies and clinical guidelines with Clinical Governance
  • Contribute to incident management, audits and quality improvement
  • Collaborate with practitioners, pharmacies, allied health professionals and internal teams to coordinate care
  • Escalate clinical, operational and patient-safety risks
  • Lead or support delegated clinical and operational projects
  • Guide and support colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current, unconditional AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • At least five years of clinical nursing experience
  • Strong clinical judgement and ability to recognise risks, make sound decisions and escalate appropriately
  • Confidence working autonomously
  • Ability to adapt between clinical, operational, reporting and project priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Empathetic and professional approach to patient care and colleague support
  • Confidence using digital systems and interpreting data
  • Proactive, accountable approach
  • Commitment to confidentiality, ongoing learning and continuous improvement
  • Genuine interest in telehealth and men’s and women’s health
  • Recent primary healthcare experience, particularly in weight management, hair loss, sexual health, skincare or mental health (highly regarded)
  • Experience in telehealth or digital health, including asynchronous models of care (highly regarded)
  • Experience reviewing clinical questionnaires for treatment suitability, contraindications and escalation requirements (highly regarded)
  • Previous senior nursing, higher duties, clinical coordination or team leadership responsibilities (highly regarded)
  • Experience contributing to projects, clinical governance, process improvement or quality initiatives, particularly within health technology (highly regarded)
