About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and reinforce Moss’s IRA/PWA compliance processes during active project execution at assigned sites
  • Serve as the primary field-facing liaison between project teams, trade partners, and the internal IRA-PWA team
  • Coordinate with PMs, superintendents, and foremen on site-level compliance workflows aligned with construction schedules
  • Provide guidance and education on prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and documentation requirements
  • Support job classification mapping and identify potential discrepancies in reported work activities and records
  • Collect, organize, and maintain site-level compliance documentation, including certified payroll reporting support, apprenticeship documentation, labor hour/worker tracking, and site records
  • Monitor IRA/PWA compliance health indicators and communicate updates to internal stakeholders
  • Support periodic site-level compliance reviews and audits, document findings, and help drive corrective actions
  • Review reporting inputs for completeness and accuracy; escalate gaps, inconsistencies, or non-responsiveness
  • Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to facilitate timely reporting and certifications
  • Travel to project locations as needed for execution, training, and issue resolution
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, construction administration, labor compliance, project coordination, or regulatory documentation support preferred (site experience strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), Davis-Bacon Act, prevailing wage requirements, apprenticeship compliance, and certified payroll reporting (CPR) preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a field environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with internal teams and external trade partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to ~60% as needed to support project execution
  • Additional coursework or degree in business, construction, compliance, or a related field is a plus
  • Experience with SharePoint, document management, or compliance tracking systems is a plus
