About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Patient-first mindset with a compassionate, empathetic approach
  • 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare, patient services, care coordination, or similar patient-facing environments
  • Experience working in high-volume call environments, ideally with outbound outreach responsibilities
  • Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone while meeting structured outreach and performance expectations
  • Strong communication and consultative conversation skills
  • Ability to follow structured workflows or scripts while exercising sound judgment and adaptability
  • Experience engaging diverse populations and navigating hesitant or challenging conversations
  • Highly self-directed, able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Ability to work Pacific time zone hours
  • Private, secure remote workspace that protects PHI and supports HIPAA-compliant patient interactions
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Working knowledge of musculoskeletal care, physical therapy, kinesiology, exercise science, or related fields preferred
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred
  • Spanish speakers strongly encouraged to apply
