About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the regulatory safety and stability of concessions by supporting and advising concessionaires in administrative and judicial proceedings involving the concession agreement
- Monitor, together with the Units’ Contracts team, strategic administrative proceedings involving debts and credits with Regulatory Agencies
- Prepare drafts and technical reports related to contractual imbalance and rebalancing processes under concession agreements
- Support the Executive Manager with Motiva’s strategic project demands, participating in working groups and preparing reports and presentations
- Support the Legal Department in litigation by providing technical assistance, preparing pleadings and documents, and participating in court-appointed technical expert examinations when authorized
- Receive, coordinate with the technical departments, and respond to official correspondence regarding the company’s activities through the GED/CEDOC system
- Participate in meetings with engineering/project teams regarding planned investments, liaising with ANTT
- Participate in meetings with the Regulatory Authority (ANTT) to keep matters involving the company’s related stakeholders up to date
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Law
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid Class B driver’s license
- Knowledge of regulatory matters and concession agreements
- Basic English
- Specialization in Finance, Regulation, or related fields (a plus)
- Experience working with the granting authority (a plus)
