About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Structure, implement, and manage ASUR Brasil’s Corporate Performance and Goals framework
- Coordinate the cycles for setting, cascading, monitoring, and reviewing corporate goals
- Administer and enhance the corporate goal management platform
- Develop and monitor strategic and performance indicators
- Consolidate information from different departments and transform it into analyses and insights for leadership
- Prepare dashboards, executive reports, and management materials
- Lead performance governance forums, routines, and processes
- Support leadership in analyzing results, identifying variances, and defining corrective actions
- Promote a culture of goal management, accountability, and results orientation
- Ensure the quality, integrity, reliability, and consistency of information
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, indicators, systems, and methodologies
- Support strategic planning through the definition and monitoring of KPIs
- Work in partnership with Technology, Finance, Planning, and other corporate departments
- Prepare periodic analyses and executive presentations for senior leadership
- Perform compliance- and anti-bribery-related activities in accordance with ABNT NBR ISO 37301 and ISO 37001
- Comply with corporate policies, standards, and procedures related to the role, assets, quality, the environment, and safety
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Knowledge of Performance Management, Planning, Indicators, or Corporate Goals
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Power Apps
- Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools
- SQL and Python
- Knowledge of KPIs and executive dashboards
- Experience with corporate goal governance and monitoring
- Experience partnering with leadership and supporting strategic decision-making
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Organizational Planning, Strategy, Business Management, or related fields
