About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, align, integrate, and operationalize information on innovation programs, projects, and initiatives across the Business Units, Platforms, and Holding Company.
  • Generate and manage a unified view of Motiva’s innovation portfolio, ensuring the information is consistent, reliable, and up to date.
  • Monitor the scope, schedule, quality, costs, benefits, and key deliverables of innovation projects.
  • Manage and control the positioning of initiatives within the governance gates of the innovation process.
  • Identify risks, deviations, and the need for course corrections in projects and initiatives, supporting decision-making.
  • Organize and manage the Innovation Committee’s agenda, ensuring the preparation of the required materials, routines, and information.
  • Prepare tactical and management materials for portfolio monitoring, approvals, and executive discussions.
  • Control and manage the innovation department’s budget, including the respective approvals and follow-up activities.
  • Monitor indicators, deliverables, and the quality of governance, portfolio, and information management processes.
  • Work in partnership with the Platforms’ innovation PMOs, strengthening integration and two-way alignment of information.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • A completed or ongoing postgraduate specialization will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience in project management, PMO, project portfolio management, or governance.
  • Knowledge of finance, planning, project management, and portfolio management.
  • Ability to consolidate information, structure analyses, and prepare executive materials.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across tactical and management levels.
  • Ability to build partnerships, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively.
  • Advanced English.
  • Basic Spanish will be considered an advantage.
