About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze opportunities and propose improvements related to the performance of assets and integrated processes across business units
- Monitor recurring issues, identify root causes, and propose continuous improvements in partnership with the relevant teams
- Support process maturity assessments and the development of safer, more agile solutions aligned with the company’s strategy
- Monitor the performance of Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, innovation, and the adoption of best practices
- Support the standardization and integration of processes across the Mobility Platform’s Business Units
- Contribute to the standardized implementation of processes and the establishment of comparable performance indicators across units
- Help increase asset availability and reduce Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations costs
- Support the automation and robotization of technical controls and management tools
- Track the results of implemented automations and propose continuous improvements
- Act as an interface between the Technical, Operations, Projects, Logistics, Warehouse, Procurement, and Maintenance teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in process analysis and improvement, preferably in Engineering, Maintenance, or Operations
- Knowledge of performance indicator analysis and the preparation of technical studies
- Experience with continuous improvement, process standardization, and process optimization
- Ability to analyze information, identify opportunities, and propose solutions
- Knowledge of management tools, controls, and performance indicator monitoring
- Experience with process automation or robotization and management tools (a plus)
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and innovation methodologies (a plus)
- Experience in Engineering, Maintenance, and/or Operations within the mobility or infrastructure sector (a plus)
- Experience standardizing processes across different business units (a plus)
